Elite Industrial Controls is an American manufacturer of Industrial Control Valves and Dampers. We offer solutions to industrial automation and thermal management applications serving customers around the world in various industries and across several technological platforms. Concept
From an initial thought or idea we will work with you on creating a concept of your next product and/or upcoming project. This can include having a one-on-one client meeting to discuss details and how to approach your concept idea. If you have an existing or similar product needed our engineering team will review and reverse engineer the part and/or assembly applying improvements where see fit.
Design
Once the concept is discussed and finalized our engineering department will start creating an initial design using the latest designing standards and technologies available. This will include using top 3D CAD software to help visualize the concept to life. Detailed reference drawings will then be provided for review and approval before moving into production.
Manufacture
After finalizing the design of the product it will be processed into our system and manufacture to any size order. This can range from prototyping a handful of parts for your new product line or a large blanket order to be processed throughout the year. If your prototyping requires special coating/finish we can work with our partner companies to finalize your prototyping samples to help test or assemble any new product launches.
